POP is meant to educate and bring awareness to encourage changes in behavior and to improve health in the long term by preventing the risk of disease or complication associated with an existing medical condition.
We no longer just suffer from the disease, but are actively preventing it.
It allows a healthcare professional to deliver a cardiovascular health assessment to a participant in less than 15 minutes. This is done via the application, through data-gathering and the analysis of the participant’s personal health information and biological parameters by a scientifically-validated algorithm (parameters such as: weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood cholesterol and triglycerides levels).
The results show up immediately and allow for a discussion on health prevention. The healthcare professional analyzes the lifestyle and guides the participant on ways of improvement and towards objectives to achieve in order to get healthier.
In order to best respond to the brief I developed a ux ui design strategy dedicated to the project.
Divided into stages:
*Research: protocols, interviews, persona, experience map
–
*Design: workshops on new user paths, co-design workshop, wireflow, wireframes, mock-ups
–
*Testing: protocols on several user paths, user recruitment, prototype of the model, feedback and recommendations.
